The Challenge
A commercial property developer with 4 buildings wanted to centralize energy monitoring, HVAC control, and security access — previously managed through separate, incompatible vendor systems.
Our Solution
We deployed 400+ sensors with custom ESP32 firmware, an MQTT broker cluster, and a time-series database. The Next.js dashboard provided building operators with real-time and historical analytics.
The Outcome
Energy costs reduced by 23%. Maintenance response time cut in half. Single dashboard now covers all 4 buildings.
